Tie One On (Knotting)
Mondays, 6 to 8 p.m.
Access the lost art of knotting when you learn to make fun(ky) jewelry with silk and pearls. Knotting is used to protect yourself from loss of every pearl in case the strand breaks and to create a measured space between beads. ($25 for instruction and use of tools. Off-Loom Beadweaving
Tuesdays 6 to 8 p.m.
Weave together seed beads to create a beautiful piece of jewelry. Brick stitch, daisy chain, peyote stitch, right angle weave, ladder stitch and square stitch are among the most common of off-loom beadweaving stitches. We will offer a different stitch each month. Advanced Wire Wrapping
Do you have stones without holes? Would you like to cage a bead? Learn how to wrap decoratively and elegantly. Basic wire wrapping is not a prerequisite. Call for instructor availability. ($35 for instruction and use of tools).
